Turn 2
 Warkoptas and Deffkoptas arrive via outflank thanks to Mogrok's warlord trait.

 Ork shooting is awful. It takes five goddamn Tankbustas, five Zzap Guns, and three Grot Bomms to wreck a Rhino, plus a further two Grot Bomms + 30x Shoota Boyz to kill the Marines inside.

 Chaos does a little bloodtithe summoning, Bloodcrushers and one Heldrake arrive from reserves.

The transport koptas get glanced to death like nobody's business, spilling out loads of 'ard boyz

Turn 3
 Orkamungus calls a Waaagh! Some daemons get shot, chopped, and klawed. Three units of 'ard boyz are repulsed by AP3 and a very tough and scary sorcerers. I should use this time to mention that I failed a lot of fear tests.

 On the left flank, the Council of Waaagh! (Super Friends) wreck both superheavies in one great charge.

All Chaos reserves fail to arrive. Some Ork characters die in challenges, claim some objectives.

 Orks whiff on everything except a pair of Daemon Princes

Lorgar and several of the mutated marines vanish quickly after despatching the hulking ork warlord, leaving the lads to question whether he had ever been there in the first place. He doesn't even have the decency to leave any tires to loot.
As to where Big Mek Sootmouf has got off to, we'll have to wait until next battle to find out.
